Wish to stay indoors and watch a film on the projector screen? One press and the screen will lower and the shutters will close to give you optimum viewing pleasure. All the windows, shutters and indoor and outside lights are easily controlled from a single panel or from the individual switches around the house. Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the property both internally and externally. The advanced heating system not only heats and air conditions the house but is also a de-humidifier, thus ensuring the property always maintains a pleasant feel.
Surrounded by multi-tiered gardens, echoing the different levels in the house, the peaceful and relaxing environs afford magnificent views over Skopelos Town and the harbour. Specially constructed steps lead down from the garden, through the extensive grounds, into the town.
In addition to the lawned and planted areas there is also a freshwater infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The Dedon garden furniture is available for relaxing on or for enjoying an alfresco meal as the next tier down from the pool area leads to a seating and cooking area where you can eat whilst surveying the magnificent views beyond.
